As always, the flexibility. I also like all of the effort that has been put into making this a real team and encouraging everyone to feel like they know their co-workers whether in office or working from home.
There are a lot of good things I can say for Caldwell. It is a company that I am proud to represent, because of its high sense of responsibility for quality.
The people and team environment is one of our strengths. We find a pretty good balance of being professional and working hard but are ok with having a little bit of fun in the process!
I really enjoy the fact that every day at Caldwell is challenging and that I have had the opportunity to work on several different projects in the past year.
I really enjoy working with the all the people a Caldwell. This is one of the best groups of people I have had the privilege of working with.
I appreciate that Caldwell provides the tools I need to do my job well – support, training opportunities, a great database that is always being evolved to improve project status record-keeping with real-time information, and access to a team with extensive and varied experience.
